It features a 7-inch display with a resolution of 1280x800 pixels. The tablet is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Cortex A7 processor with 1GB of RAM. The Oplus XonPad7 Camere 5-megapixel rear and 2-megapixel front-facing.
